Undivided was founded to fix a broken system. Our founder, Micky Lalchandani, was profoundly influenced by his family's background in real estate.
He witnessed firsthand the challenges and devastation that can arise from empty promises and commission-focused agents during a complex property transaction. That personal experience ignited a drive to elevate industry standards. We've built a boutique firm focused on what truly matters: providing expert guidance, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring our clients' interests always come first.

With over 15 years of experience and more than $200 million in closed sales, Mukul "Micky" Lalchandani is a distinguished figure in New York City's luxury real estate market.

As the managing broker of Undivided, Micky specializes in modern luxury condominiums and new construction properties, offering unparalleled expertise to a discerning clientele.

 

A tech-savvy agent, he leverages cutting-edge technology to deliver seamless experiences. His approach is rooted in clear, honest communication, providing the detailed insights clients need to feel confident at every step. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Boston University, has completed the LEED accreditation course, underscoring his commitment to eco-friendly building practices, and is an active member of REBNY and AREAA.
