Rental Process

Thank you for your interest in one of our exclusive listings.

In order to move forward with a unit, there is a two-step approval process:

STEP 1. COMPLETION OF THE RENTAL APPLICATION & BACKGROUND CHECK (APPROVAL BY LANDLORD)

Please complete the Weimark Rental Application that our team will share with you, which includes a $20 background check fee. Be sure to upload the following documents:

1. Last two years tax returns in full
2. Employment verification letter
3. Proof of four most recent rent payments
4. Last three most recent bank statements
5. Last two most recent pay stubs
6. Photo ID 

All occupants over 18 must submit an application including background check, and a copy of their photo ID. 

STEP 2. BOARD PACKAGE COMPLETION (ONLY AFTER OWNER APPROVAL)

All fees, including the first month's rent and security deposit, along with any required insurance policies as noted in your lease, are due at the time of lease signing.

The board approval process can take some time for approval, so keep that in mind when considering the start date of the lease. For more information on the approval timeframe, please ask us.
